No School - February 4, 2026

As always, student and staff safety is our top priority. After evaluating roadways and bus routes, we have determined there are several bus routes that are still unsafe to transport our students. Therefore, Hopkins County Schools will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, February 4th, for a traditional snow day. This is not an NTI day and students will not have any new assignments to complete. Our transportation staff will utilize tomorrow to develop alternate routes for roads that are unsafe for buses to travel. Our plan is to be back in school on Thursday, but please understand that we may not be able to run all routes. Our transportation staff will be reaching out to families via Parent Square to notify them of any changes that may need to be made. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing our students on Thursday.
